Cesar Franck (1822-1890) was a Belgian composer and organist. This arrangement of Piece V, attributed to Gillet, is taken from Franck’s “Cinq Pieces for Harmonium.” Although the short solo has little technical demands, its lovely melody has been extremely popular.
