Eastman 214SE-CO Student Flute

The Eastman 214SE-CO Student Flute is a well-made student instrument designed for beginner and developing players. It combines a responsive feel, comfortable keywork and reliable construction, making it an excellent option for a student’s first full-size flute.

Easy Response for Developing Players

For a beginner, an instrument that responds easily can make a significant difference. The Eastman 214SE-CO is designed to help developing players produce a clear, centred sound without having to work unnecessarily hard.

Its comfortable keywork also helps students develop good hand position and technique as their playing progresses.

Built to Take a Student Further

The Eastman 214SE-CO is not simply designed for the first few months of learning. Its combination of response, intonation and build quality gives the developing player an instrument they can continue to grow with.

This makes it particularly worth considering for families looking for a quality student flute rather than simply the least expensive beginner option.

How Does the Eastman 214SE-CO Compare?

No student flute suits every player in exactly the same way. The Eastman has its own response and playing characteristics, which is why we recommend comparing it with other quality student flutes within your budget.

At Tempest Music, you can play-test the Eastman 214SE-CO alongside student flutes from Pearl, Yamaha and Jupiter. We can explain the differences and help the player discover which flute responds most naturally for them.
