The Backun Alpha Clarinet with Silver-Plated Keys is a premium student clarinet designed to give developing players an exceptionally responsive and rewarding start. Made from durable synthetic material, it offers excellent intonation, a rich centred tone and comfortable keywork. The Silver-Plated keys provide a superior grippier feel for the player. At Tempest Music, the Alpha consistently impresses us with how easily it plays, making it one of our preferred student clarinets.
