This is an additional set for all different ERGObrass supports. It is made for playing standing up and resting the weight of the instrument on to the floor. You can use the extension also while sitting and resting the weight on the floor instead of on the chair. Now when the pole is extended, it gives you a more freedom of movement while playing. However, as it is longer, it needs more space when you are resting.
